Position: Part/Half Time Assistant Youth Pastor
Pilgrim Mission Church, based in Hackensack, NJ, is looking for a part/half time youth pastor who will assist the youth ministry director/pastors to accomplish missional goals of the church and to provide pastoral care for the youth members.  Currently Pilgrim Mission Church has 60 junior high school students and over 100 senior high school students.
Responsibilities of the youth pastor include:
• Help planning and running Friday and Sunday ministry programs.
• Provide weekly scheduled student care
• Manage student database and generate reports to the pastors effectively care for the youth members.
• Create social media content to communicate with the students.
• Help planning, organizing, retreats, mission trips, and missional events.
Qualifications
• Currently a MDiv candidate or Bible college graduate.
• Has a vision and passion for youth ministry.
• High organizational and communication skills.
