Youth Pastor & English Ministry

Youth Pastor (Full time or Part time )  & English Ministry (Full time or Part time) 
New York Cho Dae Church (P.C.U.S.A.) is located in Bayside, NY. 
We are seeking a youth pastor to disciple our youth (Grades 7-12) and to lead the youth-based programs.  And We are also seeking a EM Pastor to shepherd EM congregation  members. 
  
Job Description: 
 I    Youth Pastor (Full time or Part time ) 
 Principal Job Activities: Current areas of ministry may include, but are not limited to: 
1.    Develop and implement an overall program for the youth ministry 
2.    Oversee all youth ministry programs (Friday evening youth meeting, Sunday Bible study, 
youth retreat, etc.) 
3.    Recruit and equip youth volunteers and staff 
4.    Shepherd, visit, and outreach to students 
5.    Equip and partner with parents and families of the youth 
6.    Partner with pastoral team and education department 
7.    Preach in Sunday worship (as needed) 
8.    Academy Affairs (Summer school, After School/ Monday thru Friday) 
  
II  English Ministry Minister (Full time or Part time) 
  
Principal Job Activities: Current areas of ministry may include, but are not limited to: 
1.    Develop and implement an overall program for the English ministry 
2.    Oversee all EM ministry programs 
3.    Recruit and equip  volunteers and staff 
4.    Shepherd, visit, and outreach to EM members 
5.    Equip and partner with parents and families of the EM 
6.    Partner with pastoral team and education department 
7.    Preach in Sunday worship (as needed) 
8.    Academy Affairs (Summer school, After School/ Monday thru Friday) 
  
Salary/Compensation: Negotiable 
Hours/weekly: Part-time 
Position Qualification: Current seminarian or graduate
