1. Job Description 사역- Preaching, Bible Study, Activities, Summer Retreat (Winter Retreat) 설교, 예배인도, 활동, 여름수련회/겨울수련회- In case of half-time, Saturday ministry decision after meeting with senior pastor 하프타임의 경우에는 담임목사와 상담 후 토요일 사역 결정 
2. Qualification 자격- Currently Seminarian or Graduate/ Fluency in English, Bilingual preferred 신학교에 재학중이거나 졸업하신 분으로 이중언어 가능한자 
4. Salary 사례- Commensurate with ministry 사역에 따라 결정
