Pre-K & K Pastor Job Description: 
1. Church : Arcola Korean United Methodist Church 
  (52 South Paramus Rd. Paramus, NJ 07932) 
2. Position: Pre-K & K Pastor for ages 3-6 
3. Language: Bilingual (English/ Korean) 
4. Hours 
  Sunday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (Pre-K & K worship at 11:30am) 
5. Ministry details include but not limited to: 
  - Carrying out a well-organized and energetic Sunday worship schedule 
  - Managing the quarterly curriculum and crafts 
  - Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers 
  - Meeting regularly with teacher volunteers to pray and plan together 
  - Communicating effectively with parents 
  - Working with the elementary pastor to plan and implement special 
    joint events, i.e., Vacation Bible School in the summer, Christmas, 
    HolyWin, etc. 
  - Regularly evaluating and preparing the presentation and general 
    appearance of ministry environments. 
  - Communicating with other church staff members and the education 
    committee to stay accountable for church events, the budget, etc. 
6. Compensation: $ 1,000 monthly 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 
- The candidate must be currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited seminary.
