자격 조건 Qualification 
1. Born Again Christian (Deeply passionate for God) 
2. Loving heart for teens 
3. Understand the context of Immigrants' Family 
4. Understand Daily Youth Life and counseling for Youth Kids 
5. Preferably, Youth Ministry Experience, at least as a youth teacher experience (Loving Kids, know-how Organizing Events, Preaching the Word of God.) 
6. Preferably, MDiv seminary Student or higher (MA Student is possible) 
7. Preferably, bilingual (Korean & English) 


하실 일Job Description(Part-Time Position) 
- 주일 청소년부 예배 인도&설교Sunday Youth Worship Leading&Preaching: 11:00-12:00 am 
- 주일 교사모임 및 1부 예배 참석Meeting& service for teachers: 8:00-11:00 am 
- 주일 청소년부 성경공부 인도 Sunday Bible study for Youth group: 12:00-1:00 pm 
- 금요 중고등부 액티비티 Friday night for Youth group: 8:00-9:00pm  
- 중고등부 여름 수련회와 가족예배 참여 및 인도 Yearly Youth retreats, Sunday Family worship, short term mission 
- 교사교육Educating Youth group & Sunday school teachers 
- 교역자 회의 Participate in Minister's Meeting (The third Saturday of each month) 
- 교회 주요 행사 참석(부활절, 성금요예배, 성탄절 등) Participate in all major church events  
- 학부형과의 좋은 관계 유지 Communication with Parents (Serving for PTA meeting)
