Pilgrim Mission Church (PMC) is a Missional church based in Bergen County, New Jersey. PMC is dedicated to following in the teachings of the Bible and is devoted to spreading the Word of God to our community and beyond.
PMC's English Ministry (EM), which began in 2019, is also committed to the overarching vision of PMC of discipling and preparing each generation to be a vessel for God. As such, PMC EM is looking for a full-time Assistant Pastor to support and to assist with the daily operational needs of the EM. Qualifications
Must have a team mentality and be driven to promote unity
At least 3 to 5 years of pastoral experience
Must have graduated from an accredited Biblical University and/or seminary
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, other MS-related programs, to include, Google Drive
Must have a willingness to learn and be flexible
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Must be legally qualified to work in the United States

Recommendation letters - 1 personal and 2 professional
Testimonial statement of affirmation or confession
1 video of worship service or sermon
Responsibilities
Perform EM-related administrative taskings with the highest degree of proficiency
Attend and participate in life groups and other small group church activities and meetings
Must be dedicated to serving and attending to the care of the congregation
Be able to assist other pastoral staff members and other Executive staff members with any church-related taskings
